Caitlin Ramalho

Caitlin Ramalho is a Vice President for Masthead Partners. She has been serving the manufacturing industry since 2011 and has over a decade of Executive Search Experience within the Private Equity manufacturing industry.

Caitlin has proven her ability to build an executive recruiting practice through consistent and focused delivery of highly skilled and matched talent for the assignments she executes.

Functionally, she has overseen completion of a wide range of manufacturing and supply chain assignments in operations leadership areas including Operations, Engineering, Lean/Continuous Improvement and Supply Chain. Along the way, she has developed long term relationships with a wide variety of executives in these disciplines including Private Equity and privately held organizations.

Caitlin is responsible for client management, leading executive search assignments and business development with execution focused on process improvement, search strategy for expedient completion and relationship management.

Caitlin has a BS in Economics from Siena College. Outside of work she co-founded a fitness app and volunteers for various charitable organizations. She enjoys running, traveling and is fluent in Portuguese and conversational Spanish. Caitlin lives with her, husband, children and dogs based in Upstate New York.
