Matt Breidigam is an Operating Partner at Masthead with just over a decade of experience in Executive Search and Human Capital Consulting.
He has a proven ability to capture new business, while his data driven approach in talent strategy attracts top-tier professionals for his current clients, which include Fortune 500 companies, leading Private Equity Firms, and everything in between.
He has expertise in true end to end manufacturing, having successfully filled functional leadership to C – Suite roles in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering/CI, HR, and Finance.
Matt is responsible for sales and leads execution for his search assignments across multiple sectors including Automotive, Aerospace, Chemical, Food & Beverage, and Heavy Manufacturing & Distribution.
Matt has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies, was a two time captain and all conference linebacker for the College of Wooster Fighting Scots Football team. His contributions, both on the field and in the community earned him the prestigious Jack Lyengal Man of Character Award at The College of Wooster.
Outside of work, he resides in Rocky River, Ohio, alongside his wife, son, and daughter. He is a proud season ticket holder of the Cleveland Browns, and his family enjoys attending games together and relishes their leisurely moments at Piedmont Lake.
