Tony Nicol is COO of Masthead Partners. Tony brings 25+ years of Operations Management, Process improvement and strategy to the firm. Tony founded Alliance Search Solutions, a nationally known search firm in 2009. In addition, he is president of Alliance Solutions group which is comprised of seven specialized staffing and recruitment companies.
Tony continues to leverage his 25 years of strategic leadership in the recruiting industry to mentor company leaders and facilitate organic growth.
Tony is passionate about growing Masthead partners through the continued development of process excellence in its leaders. Tony has a BS in Marketing from Bowling Green State University. He is a member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization and a board of member of Medina Creative Housing.
