Chief Financial Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our equipment manufacturing customer in the South-Central region. The CFO will play a critical role in financial planning, risk management, and overall business strategy to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability. This position requires deep expertise in manufacturing finance, supply chain economics, and capital management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure financial compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations.
• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
• Collaborate with the executive team to guide corporate strategy and capital investments.
• Implement and enhance financial systems, controls, and reporting processes.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks, including market fluctuations and operational costs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in manufacturing or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, cost accounting, and capital management.
• Expertise in supply chain finance and operational cost optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
• CPA, MBA, or relevant financial certification preferred.
